When interviewing for a new teaching position, make sure you are questioning the principal on their values and educational philosophy as well- they set the tone for the whole school.     Life Update! First Quarter of 2022!

    Life is great, what can I say! I have been incredibly busy creating music, teaching lessons, and trying to make more of my income music based, and it’s working! So needless to say, I have been very busy getting all my ducks in a row! Regarding music, I am teaching and playing more than ever before. A lot of those have been sought out by me, and I am so happy to see that my hard work is paying off. I have 7 private students right now and am going to start talking to more music stores to fill out my Monday and Tuesdays with more students! I LOVE teaching…

    I Left Teaching Mid Year- Was it Worth It? (Yes)

    In January of this year, I quit my teaching job and moved on to rebuild the life I want with the happiness I deserve. I just wanted to share my story with you. If you are in a toxic workplace or do not have the passion for your career, leave. It will be hard, but you will find your way and land on your feet.
